Live strategies, not dead plans.

Everyone knows what to do next.

Noostrategy makes your strategy in sessions with your team, a strategist and a group of AI agents, then keeps it running on a private site of its own. The team reviews it every few weeks, the agents read the market in between, and anyone can ask it before a decision.

For organizations ready to move beyond their plan: a new team at the top, a new business to build, a market that has moved. The first conversation is free.

A strategy that keeps working after the workshop.

Progress you can see: a clear theory of how you win, the bets that test it, the experiments under them, visible to every team. A strategy that answers when anyone asks, with its sources. One that learns, as your team writes back what the experiments found and the agents flag what pressures it. And your team makes the calls. The agents propose, your people decide.

Instead of a plan that lives in a deck, waits for the next offsite, gets looked at once a year, or runs on autopilot.

The map of a strategy on the canvas: the problem and the findings on the left, the shifts with their bets and experiments in the middle, the future and the theories of success on the right

And a sharper strategy to begin with.

The sharpness comes from who does what. The agents read your market and your own material between sessions, and draft theories and bets as options. Your team chooses the theory, makes the calls and owns the bets. A strategist who has made strategy with teams on five continents sits beside them. Machines cover the ground, humans make the leap: the split that strategy science and cognitive science point to.

A theory of success that is yours alone, built on how value is made in your world. Bets your team can act on. A transition the organization actually makes.

Why we call it Noostrategy

Three instruments.

Live Strategy is the method: a theory of success, and a practice of shifts, bets and experiments that tests it.

The Strategy Ensemble plays it, pairing each agent with a human who has lived what the agent has only read about.

The Strategy Canvas is where it's played, one surface the humans and the agents both write on.

The thinking behind them

What you work on.

The strategy is made in three phases on a site of its own: where you stand today, where you are going, and the bets that take you there. Then it is played: every few weeks your team looks at what came back and decides what to do next.

The canvas's overview: the three phases, the present system, the future system and the transition, and play, each with where it stands

An ordinary workday with a live strategy.

When the strategy is live, anyone can ask it a question. The answer rests on the choices the team made, and the big calls go back to the team.

A big retailer wants an exclusive collection with us. Do we say yes?

Your strategy

One of our bets is to sell direct and keep the best retailers on new terms, and those terms are being agreed now. An exclusive would put a retailer between us and the owners of our pieces. That is a decision for the leadership team, so it is on the agenda for the next session.

Three steps from here.

  1. Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are facing and where you want to be. Together we will see whether a live strategy is the right way to get there. The first conversation is free. Rather begin on your own? Take the free Strategy Roast.

  2. Make it together.

Your team, a strategist and the agents work it out in a few four-hour sessions, weeks apart. Start with a pilot, one question your current plan can't answer, worked through with one team and ending in something your board can read. Or go for the whole strategy.

  3. Play it live.

The strategy runs on a private site of its own. We meet at the tempo that suits you, the agents keep reading in between, and when you're ready, your team runs it.

Each step is agreed on its own, scoped and quoted. Your files stay yours from day one, your material never trains a model, and it all fits beside the planning cycle you already have. The five steps in full.

Case

417 plays its strategy every fortnight.

417 runs Post Bar, the club Helsinki's scene treats as home, and Solstice, three days of music, art and nature at Ruka with most of its 3,000 visitors from outside Finland. Over a summer its founders made a strategy with a strategist and a group of agents, in four-hour sessions weeks apart, the way they run a night: three parties playing back to back in the booth.

The theory, in a line: build the Solstice world. Now it runs on a site of its own. Every fortnight the crew reviews what the experiments found and writes it back, and in between anyone can ask it.
