Case
Live strategy with 417.
We played the strategy live with 417, the organization behind Post Bar and the Solstice festival, and ran the process the way they run a night: four-hour sessions, weeks apart. There were three parties in the booth, playing back to back: the 417 crew, the strategist and a new kind of participant, a group of agents. Between sessions, the agents read the market data and the crew's conversations, and had them back as hypotheses by morning.
The strategy took shape one session at a time, in the selections made between the three. What came out was a live strategy on the Strategy Canvas: a new theory of winning, the bets to venture on it and the steps to make it real. None of the three would have landed on it alone.
